By creating an account or using bhase, you agree to these Terms. If you're using bhase on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
bhase provides workforce scheduling, time tracking, and related tools. We may improve or change features over time. We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond what's required by law.
You're responsible for activity on your account, including keeping credentials secure and ensuring your team's use of the service complies with applicable law — including labor, privacy, and payroll regulations in your jurisdiction.
Paid plans are billed per store, monthly or annually. Trials are free for 14 days. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and are not refunded prorata unless required by law.
Don't use bhase to break the law, harass others, attempt to compromise the service, or scrape/resell our software. We may suspend accounts that do.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security risk. After termination, you have a short window to export your data before deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
