We collect information you provide directly — account details, store and worker records, schedules, time-off requests, and clock-in events. We also collect basic usage and device information needed to operate and secure the service.
We use your information to run the product (generate schedules, send notifications, process payroll exports), to provide support, to keep the service secure, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data, and we do not use customer content to train third-party AI models.
We share data only with vendors who help us operate the service (hosting, email, authentication, analytics) and only as needed. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, we retain data for a short grace period so you can export it, then delete it.
