bhase is a workforce scheduling tool for restaurants, retail, and service teams. We started bhase because every tool we tried treated scheduling as data entry. For the people actually running a store, scheduling is a weekly puzzle of availability, fairness, time-off, and last-minute swaps — and spreadsheets weren't cutting it.

We build the tool we wished we had: one price per store, unlimited workers, a generator that respects pairing rules and per-day staffing, and a worker app that actually gets used. No per-seat math, no upsells, no surprises.
